How do I withdraw my money?
The requirements for withdrawing money are:
- Have played 10 games
- Withdraw a minimum of $10 (bonus cash cannot be withdrawn*)
- Fill out the withdrawal form correctly: provide your first and last name, a valid ID, and a bank account that accepts international payments**

You can use it to enter real money games, but it cannot be withdrawn.
When you participate in a real money game:
- 10% of the entry fee is paid with your Bonus Cash.
- If you only have Bonus Cash in your account, the games will be paid for using only that balance.
If you win a real money game, this happens:
- We refund the portion of Bonus Cash that was used for the entry fee. (If only Bonus Cash was used, everything will be Bonus Cash, you will not have any real money).
- Anything you win above that entry fee is paid out as real money, which is fully withdrawable. (Provided you use real money, added to the game via deposit, for the entry fee).
Therefore, in order to “convert” the Bonus Cash into real money, you must deposit and start playing with deposited money.
Verification process
Withdrawals take 3 to 7 business days to process, provided that the information provided is correct.
Sometimes, it will be necessary to go through a verification process, proving ownership of the payment method as well as ownership of the account where the withdrawal is processed.

If your bank is not listed
- Log in to your bank website or mobile app
- Search for incoming wire instructions
- Search for SWIFT code or international wire
- Contact your bank´s customer support if needed
U.S banking note: Many U.S personal bank accounts do not use a true IBAN. If your bank does not provide one, use your normal account number. NOT your routing number.
International transfer fees: Some banks charge a $15 international transfer fee. Check with your bank to see if they do this. If so, consder using TransferWise-they charge a smaller fee of about $4.
