Problem with my match

My game has not been paid out

Remember that until all players have completed the game, the prize will not be paid out.

Check your balance on the screen, in the side menu, in the account section, where you will see all transactions.

It can take up to 48 hours to match you with an opponent. If no opponent is found within that time, your registration fee will be refunded.

If you were unable to complete the game, it was not displayed correctly, or you had another problem sending your score, you can request a Refund:

Refunds are managed via in-app messages. You can request it by clicking your profile in the right top corner of the screen > Support> message > Topic (failed match) > fill in the information required in the form.
